Join us on Monday, November 5 as we celebrate our exclusive new partnership with California's Domaine Chandon by hosting the Napa Valley Vintner for a special 'Sparkling Supper' dinner. The event begins with a stand-up canapé reception at 6:30 p.m. showcasing Bar Manager Marc Slinsgby-Jones' original 'Last Flight' cocktail before guests enjoy a three-course seated dinner prepared by Executive Chef Chris West and paired with a variety of Chandon's sparkling wines. The dinner will also feature a special guest in Laura Fontaine, who was born and raised in the historic home of Malbec Cahors in France before taking on the role of Assistant Winemaker with Domaine Chandon in Yountville, CA. Tickets to the event are $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.
